Terms of Use

Effective 7 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Tattour. You accept them when you create an account. Please read them; they're short.

Tattour is run by Gonzalo Geraldo, in Chile (“we”). Write to code@susta.cl with any question.

Who can use Tattour

You must be 18 or over. One account per person, and you're responsible for what happens on yours. Keep your password to yourself.

What you can't post or do

Tattour has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive people. You may not post, send or do anything that:

  • sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor in any way (see our child safety standards);
  • is sexually explicit or pornographic;
  • harasses, bullies, threatens or impersonates anyone;
  • promotes hate or violence against people for who they are;
  • shows or encourages self-harm or graphic violence;
  • isn't yours to post: someone else's photos or tattoo work passed off as yours, or someone's private information;
  • is spam, a scam, or anything illegal.

Anyone can report a tattoo, profile, comment, Fresh, invitation, conversation or message from the app, and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and delete the accounts of people who post it, without notice.

Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to store it and show it in Tattour, to the people your settings allow, and in the links you share, only to run the app. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Post only what you have the right to post.

Tattoos, artists and prices

Tattoos, studios, artists, prices and reviews on Tattour are what people share about their own experience. We don't check them, recommend any artist, or take part in anything you arrange with one. Choosing an artist and getting tattooed is your decision and your responsibility.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time, in Profile → Settings → Delete account; see the privacy policy. We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

The app as it is

We work to keep Tattour running and your tattoos safe, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees, and as far as the law allows we aren't liable for indirect losses or for what other people post. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes and law

If these terms change, we'll update them here and tell you in the app if the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
