Tattour keeps your tattoos on a timeline. This page explains what the app stores about you, who helps us run it, and how to delete everything.

Tattour is run by Gonzalo Geraldo, in Chile (“we”). Questions about your data go to code@susta.cl.

What we collect

All of this is linked to your account:

Location

Tattour only uses your location while you're using the app, never in the background, and your phone's location only if you allow it.

Diagnostics

Google Maps, which shows where a tattoo was done, collects crash and performance data that isn't linked to you.

We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

Who sees what

Your profile and a public timeline are visible to other Tattour users, and to anyone you send a share link. A private timeline is visible only to you. Matching tattoo messages are visible only to the people in them.

Who helps us run Tattour

These services process data for us, only to make the app work:

Your data may be processed outside your country by these providers. Data travels encrypted between your phone and our servers.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete something, or your whole account, it's removed right away. Copies may remain in our providers' backups for a short time until they're overwritten.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Tattour account and all its data at any time, from the app:

  1. Open Tattour and go to your profile.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your account, profile, tattoos, photos, videos, comments, likes, follows and messages. It can't be undone.

If you no longer have the app, email code@susta.cl from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

Your rights

You can see and change most of your data in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to code@susta.cl.

Children

Tattour is meant for people 18 and over. If you think a child has an account, write to us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell you in the app.
